Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion
My sinuses produce mucus for a week now. I have no fever. I do nasal salt water rinse 2x daily and take Zyrtec to dry up mucus. Try to blow mucus out when it comes down, to prevent settling in bronchial area to minimize coughing . Don want antibiotic. Anything else I can do?

Hi, you can add steam inhalation with Vicks/Eucalyptus oil once a day to your routine. It will definitely help. Regards
