Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion, Sore Throat And Nausea

Hi I was wondering if you are able to diagnose me. For the past day or so I have noticed a nasal drainage ditch. After that I had a sore throat. As of today I have nasal congestion, a bit of a sore throat, temperature at 98.8, but feels like I have a fever, and a little bit of nausea

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

According to the symptoms mentioned by you it seems that you have upper respiratory tract infection.

I'd suggest start doing warm saline gargles 2-3 times daily, tab azithral 250 mg twice daily for 5 days and ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily for 3 days. Please consult your nearby physician if symptoms persist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
