Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion Inspite Of Being Sensitive To Dust And Food

I am 48 year old male patient suffering from rhinitis problem for the past 4 years. I have been taking oral medicines & also using nasal sprays to get relief from nasal congestion, mostly in left. This inflamation is severe when ever acidity reflux persists. That time whole respiratory track develops a film of mucose lining and make my breath difficult. Of late... I have become sensitive to dust, cold foods etc... I need help pl?

Since you have allergy you may need any combination of medications such as antihistamine and spray and may be a sinus surgery for your block. To get a fix on this you must get a complete blood testing, allergy testing and CT PNS and get back to me or any ENT with the report
