General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thankyou for your Quiry
Since Rinnorrhea( Nasal discharge) runs in families and can cause nasal polyps too.To treat this first of all you have to avoid the triggering factors like dust, pollens and other things which stimulate allergy and congestion.
You may also use ipratropium spray and tab. chlorpheniramine plus acetaminophen (an antihistamine and analgesic combination),which may help watery nose and sneezing.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull.
Regards,Dr.Maheshwari
