Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Post Nasal Drip

When I talk for a period of time I start to get some nasal congestion and it eventually drains to my throat. This has happened for years. This doesn t happen on a daily basis but for instance spending the day with a friend or singing a few sings will just make it impossible to breath. Is there anything I can do?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi ,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .
Your clinical history is suggestive of Emotional rhinitis . In this condition nose reacts to several emotional stimuli.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you proper psychological adjustment to triggering emotional stimuli . In your case it is emotional attachment with your friend & singing .
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
I find this answer helpful
