Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Headache

I do not want to go to the Doctor s office I was just there for another problem. I know I have chronic I have had is several times over the years. will this go away on it s own or do I need antibiotics? I cannot sleep do to awful congestion and wheezing with a phelmy cough, headache etc.

Can understand your concern..

As per your complain the symptoms you explained above may be simply a common cold and it is characterized by runny and stuffy nose, cough,headache,watery eyes,body ache ,and at times some level of wheezing and congestion is also seen..

As it is a viral infection there is no specific medicine for it but medicines can be taken as per the symptoms.

In case of body and headaches with lethargy and feverish feeling you can take PARACETAMOL.

For congestion relief you can take decongestants containing PSEUDOEPHADRINE (like SINAREST ) can be relieving.

Taking medicines only after knowing that you are not allergic is mandatory..

Taking decongestant nasal sprays for instant relief can be helpful..

Keep yourself well hydrated..

If the condition does not get well soon in 8 to 10 days you should see a doctor..
