For 8 days I have had nasal congestion, difficulty breathing at times. woke up twice with migraine headache which was relieved by taking one Excedrin with coffee. Nose mucus is clear but thick. took decongestant 3 times earlier in the week - once a day. should I see a doctor?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Try some nasal saline 5-6 times a day and a nasal steroid. Do not use more decongestants. If this is not resolving in another week or so then see a doctor. Usually these infections are caused by viruses and they usually resolve in 10 days to two weeks. I hope you feel better soon
Regards
