Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is the pseudo impression you must be having, and it can be a psychological condition which may be a Hallucination.

Try to control your thought, it may not be anything stuck in your esophagus or in your throat, and try to come out of this condition.

If you will not forget it, then you will have to suffer a lot. In my opinion, it is better to see the psychiatrist for counseling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
