Suggest Treatment For Myopia.

am Sourajit and 47 years old. I have high myopia. ( left -10 and right -11). In the month of January,2011, floater was developped in my both eyes.I consultated doctors at New Delhi and prescribed me to put Refresh tear drop on regular basis. Now , I am at Mumbai. From yesterday, I am seeing more clusters of floater in my right eye and I am unable to see properly with me right eye. Please help me to treat my eye.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with high myopia and you are having floaters.
Artificial tears will not help in this condition.
Floaters require evaluation to rule out posterior segment problems like vitreoretinal traction, vitreous detachment, retinal tear, peripheral retinal degenerations....
These problems are common in high myopia. Hence I adice you to consult ophthalmologist for dilated fundus examination.
