Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to nerve injury or impinchment.A physical examination should be done by an orthopedician to rule out any neurological deficits or impinchment. In such case if it is mild can manage conservatively by NSAIDs and neurotropic drugs. But if it is not improving by conservative means or injury is severe then surgical correction should be considered.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
