Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In The Left Shoulder

My husband had a muscular pain in his left shoulder that has now moved to his elbow. Tylenol and Advil do not help, but a heating pad does. He says it feels muscular and there is no swelling or bruising. Any ideas what this might be? He does Taekwondo but had no injury to his back or arm. The back shoulder pain is much less. Pain is at times an 8, upper arm a 5, and shoulder a 2

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain due to microtrauma. I suggest you to:
-Take pain killers such as Advil daily
-Use anti inflammatory creams for local applications
-Use hot compresses for relief.
