Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramps Beneath My Abdominal Area And Breast

Hi, its quite complicated for me to explain actually. I had this muscle cramp I think beneath my abdominal area and breast as well. When I try to scratch my back suddenly there is a severe cramp on that area causes me to be out of breath. I suffered this condition about 5 yrs and been searching for answer and causes. Because my doctor here could not provide positive answer. Its very not comfortable and painful whenever I do the as I mentioned just now. One more thing, even if I want to poops when I push a pain frm my stomach cramp and very painful. What it that, doctor? Pls help me.
