good day,i have a multiple heterogenous hypoechoicmasses.1]fiborous 92.5x106.3x96.90mm
2]fiborous 37.5x26.20x23.30mm 3.submirous 42x55.9x35.6mm.is there any medical treatment for this or surgery is required?thank you very much.from evangelina macaraeg of philippines

1. Your report suggest - the echo-texture of the uterus is heterogeneous ( altered / mixed - in normal its homogeneous )
2.The echo-tecture changes are due to multiple fibroids in the uterus ( mass lesions in the uterus). Endometrial thickening is not mentioned means the fibroids indexing or distorting.
3.In uterine myometrium measuring 9.2x10.6x9.6 centimetres and similar other one 3.7x2.6x3cm. a sub mucous internally to endometrium measuring as mentioned.
4.The medical treatment is helped in case of small fibroids ( sub-centimetric) with hormonal treatment.
5.In your case operation is treatment of choice. Good luck.
