Suggest Treatment For Mucus In Throat And Snoring

Hi doctor I did nt get your name . My name is Mayriest I always snothing my nose I went to an allergy specialist I did skin text ,I did evriomental test nothing cane out that am allergic to any of these text if I blowed ny nostril I won t get any mucus ,but if I snort I get mucus fror my throat my doctor claim .the mucus it s in the back of my throat , at night I cannot sleep straight through mostly the time I keep snorting it s disgusting . And tired some when I cannot sleep please help .

Hi,

The mucus you are getting is coming from your sinuses, which came out of sinus cavities when you lie down, as their position in nose give them a gravitational edge in that position.
So your sinuses are always filled with mucus and they are excessively producing it. If your nose remains open, you don't feel any blocked nose, then steam inhalation alone before sleep will be very helpful, take steam in day time also. Mucolytic medicines like Ambroxol may also help.
