Suggest Treatment For Mucus In Throat And Chest, Blocked Ears And Sinuses

my sinuses are so far backed up it feels like my eardrums are going to bust when I blow.Although my nose is very dry.I m beyond backed up with mucus in my throat & chest that I can t seem to cough up.I always feel very dizzy & sometimes I m in a state of confusion.What is causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, I would like to suggest something here as long as your condition is concern, this could be allergic condition
1) Tab Loratadine with pseudoephedrine twice in day
drink more water, do not blow the nose, do not sneeze forcefully, have steam inhalation, everything would be fine soon, take care.
