I am concerned the I may have cancer or are there a number of possibilities ? Thanks
Hi. Yes; the buildup of the mucus or what we also called as pooling of the saliva is an indication of a Cancer. I would advise the following in such a patient:: Direct endoscopy under anesthesia and Biopsy. CT scan of the whole area to know the extent of the disease.
