I am a 61 male and have a slight difficulty in swallowing but still works fine I swim two miles a week and have a good appetite when I went to see a consultant his registra passed a endescope through my nose and said my nasal passage base of tougne and larynx was clear, but when seen by the consultand he passed a further scope through my nose and found stick mucus build up and asked me to have a barium swallow test. I have been suffering from the build up of mucu for the last two weeks I have to keep clearing my throught the colour is white. I am concerned the I may have cancer or are there a number of possibilities ? Thanks
