HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this may not be mole but could be some viral infection lesions, may be neurofibromatosis, let me tell you something as long as the skin disease are concern clinical observation is very important for diagnosis and without diagnosis disease can not be treated well, in your case clinical examination is very important, differential diagnosis is matter of concern, and in my opinion better to see the dermatologist, you have not mentioned since how long it is being there, chronicity of the disease could give some clue, but important is clinical look, hope this information helps, take care.
