Suggest Treatment For Mitral Valve Prolapse

Please recommend permanent treatment for mitral valve prolapse .my activities have become slow .i cant lift weights and cant walk fast or run.my age is 30 yrs.recommend diet as well as permanent treatment without surgery.i take calaptin 40 2 tablets a day.is there any ayurvedic reatment ?

1. since mitral prolapse is a valvular disorder which means it is a mechanical problem thus best and permanent treatment is surgery and no alternate system of medicine will alleviate your symptoms since it is associated with spells of dizziness which cannot be relieved with holistic medicines.

2. best management will be to remain stress free, avoid undue exertion, keep your blood pressure under control, remain physically active and consult your cardiologist for controlling heart rate.
