Hello,

The very first thing I recommend is to relax. Should think it over more peacefully otherwise you won't be able to understand a single letter.

Mitral regurgitation in majority of cases is genetic, you had it since you were born. Now, there is no specific treatment. It all depends on the severity of the damage (stage of mitral regurgitation), and your clinical symptoms.

In the majority of cases, nothing can be taken. If hypertension, can start taking diuretics or other anti-hypertensive meds.

Now, Vyavanse can increase blood pressure, but it might not be as problematic as it seems. So, better keep monitoring your blood pressure and keep regular follow ups with your caring doctor.

Worrying unnecessarily won't resolve anything.

All the best.
