Mitral regurgitation in majority of cases is genetic, you had it since you were born. Now, there is no specific treatment. It all depends on the severity of the damage (stage of mitral regurgitation), and your clinical symptoms. In the majority of cases, nothing can be taken. If hypertension, can start taking diuretics or other anti-hypertensive meds. Now, Vyavanse can increase blood pressure, but it might not be as problematic as it seems.
