Suggest Treatment For Mildly Dilated Ascending Aorta

I was just diagnosed with a mildly dilated Ascending Aorta. I was told I have no restrictions and that in 6 months they will do another CT scan with contrast to determine if there is any change. I subsequently was told that I should not lift weights by friends. This is my stress relieve and I m concerned on what way to proceed. Thanks
