Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever, Cough, Vomit And Body Pain

My Mother has a low grade fever, 100.6, coughing and vomited this morning. She only had coffee and vitamins this morning. She also fell last night. Does not appear that she hit her head, but says she is just hurting everywhere with little strength. Wondering if I should take her to ER, Urgent care or wait until tomorrow to take her to her regular doctor. please advise.
