My right testicle has been larger than the lfet for a long time. For several months, I have had pain in the right and had CT on my lower abdomen and was told I had mild arthritis in my right hip and a bladder infection. I took medication for that and the pain went away mostly but has begun to worsen again. The right testicle is larger and has a feel of a soft fatty mass under the skin of the sac.
