Suggest Treatment For Migraine

I have had a migraine on the right side of my head for the last 4 days. It won t go away. I am unsure if it is linked to my sinus infection or not. Usually when I get migraines it is painful in a broad area. This time it is very specific in locating the pain. I am unable to lay on the right side of my head without pain.
