Hi,
For migraine, its of paramount importance that you should find out the trigger factors of your headache and try to avoid them. They can be stress, sunlight, alcohol or some food item.Further, there are various prophylactic and abortive medications available like beta blockers, flunarizine, amitriptyline. You can discuss with your physician regarding that.Multivitamins and minerals will not harm. You should discuss with a natural therapist for herbs treatment.
