Suggest Treatment For Migraine, Blurred Vision And Nausea

My vision was rolling from top to bottom like the screen on an old TV set. I thought it was a migraine but I ve never had those visual symptoms before. The residual blurry vision and nausea haven t gone away(6 hours later) and now the headache is starting. What should I do?
