Suggest Treatment For Microcephaly In Infants

I saw an infant with developmental delay,poor growth and microcephaly.Pregnancy and Perinatal history are normal,no tone abnormality and no seizures.Cranial CT showed fronto-temporal atrophy. Any clues about the diagnosis and helpful hints on the management will be appreciated.

Regarding diagnosis - it could be a genetic mediated or congenital microcephaly.
Regarding management - he may get benefitted with physiotherapy and stimulative programs like play therapy and stimulating.
