Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Once the growth is complete, growth of penis is not possible by means of taking any medications. It is simply a waste of time and money if you try doing so, as it would not yield positive results.
Also, you need not be worried much about the length or size of your penis being small, because length or size of the penis has got nothing to do with sexual performance or fertility.
Penis length, when erect, if is more than 2 inches, should suffice.
Hence, you just need reassurance to build your confidence levels and not to worry about the penis size.
