Suggest Treatment For Malaria
Hi, my wife was diagnosed with Malaria and was adviced falcigo kit. Now we are confused as the medicine has day 1 3+1 tablets and then 1 tab everyday fir two day. The confusion is does she need to take all 4 tabs for day one together or she needs to take one after every meal

To treat malaria we initially give a high dose on day first to achieve high concentration of the drug to kill the germ, this is called loading dose. This need to be given in one time. So give her the 4 tablets at single time not in decided dose.
