Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The first thing to do is to contact your baby's primary care physician. Do you live in an area where there is a Public Health Department? If they do not have the medication, they should be able to tell you where to get it. Lastly, you can contact the closest University Hospital and request to be put in touch with the Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease which is part of the Department of Pediatrics. Tell them your situation and someone in Infectious disease should be able to get their pediatrician who is an expert in malaria.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
