Suggest Treatment For Lupus

Im 53 yr and had a failed back surgery in 2011 and came out with no use of nerve function on right bottom part of the leg and drop foot which still have I wore my body out and now had a totalshoukder replacement 8 months ago and total knee replacement in January and must have another shoulder and knee Found out I have lupus this week must find a specialist in eastern NC to help me can you guide me on who and what to do Ive had this lupus since my early 20s or before

You still need to start treatment so that it does not progress further, Plaquenil is the basic treatment which must be taken.
