Suggest Treatment For Lupus, Fibromyalgia And PTSD

Ive had hypertension for 3 years now. I take 2 pills a day for it. I have lupus, fibermalyia and PTSD on top of that. Today I feel in a dizzy state since this morning. I checked my pressure and it was 105/58. Its never been that low ever. I feel flushed and fever, like i am have a flare up from the Lupus. Lots of leg and back pain. And today when I bent over I would pee?? Like I have no control. Everytime. I had to go change my pants. I have noticed that before but not like this.

Hello,

For your dizziness, I would suspect that your low blood pressure is responsible for this. This could be related to your blood pressure medications, along with other causes such as dehydration if you haven't been drinking much fluids lately. As for the fever and pain, this could be a lupus flare as you said. As for the bladder issues, it may be related to the stress your body is dealing with from the other issues, or it may be unrelated, it is unclear at this point.

I would recommend that you call your doctor's office as soon as possible and hopefully they can see you within a few days. In the meantime I would not take any blood pressure medications until the blood pressure returns to normal, and if you have worsening or new symptoms, I would not hesitate to go to the ER to make sure nothing needs to be taken care of urgently.
