Suggest Treatment For Lumps Inside The Scrotum

hi there few months ago ive noticed that i have a tiny lump inside of my scrotum,ive ignored it,few months down the line and it gotten bigger,almost as big as a rice granule,it's inside,underneath the skin and it's not attached to the testical,it doesn't hurt or anything,im just concerned that it could be something serious,im 25 years old male,can u please let me know what could it be??

Hi, what you describe sounds like a Sebaceous cyst which are very common growths on testicular skin. Does it have a whitish center?
You dont need to worry about it but you can get it examined by your GP or any other Doctor to be sure.
This way you can rest assured that nothing needs to be done.
