Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your and being your physcian ii completely understand your health concerns.
for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hyptertension? any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? are u having fever? any other lymph node swelling in ur body?
what is ur age and sex? kindly do localize the swelling whether it is in forearm or arm? what is the colour of overlying skin? is it red and tender?
Based upon your illustration it is difficult to comment ,however , if there is swelling which is freely mobile and not tender is simply a benign thing, you need to worry about it at all. If it is red and tender and associated with the arm swelling then you should seek medical advice regarding it.
in my opinion if it is not red and nontender then its not an emergency ,
meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask

General & Family Physician Dr. Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The lump on the arm can be related to lipoma which is a fat tissue.
A lipoma that’s left alone usually doesn’t cause any problems.
However you can see a dermatologist to treat the lump if it bothers you.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
