Suggest Treatment For Lump On Labia

I have like lump on my labia. It s kind of close to my bikini line. I went to my gyne and she insisted that it was an ingrown hair. I don t know though. I don t thinking is. It doesnt hurt and it doesn t have a whole to where I can bust it. Is it a cyst or something else??
