Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic,

I am Dr.Naveed Ullah khan,

I have read your question in detail and will try to help you in the best way possible.

It could be an enlarged lymphnode which can be due to an infection or other dangrous causes like cancers. It would be very important to have ur doctor examine it and then do a biopsy if examination is in favor of a mass. Biopsy would be the best way to find out if there is any danger but still infection is also a common cause as it is painful. Antibiotics for a week would be anougj to yake care of the infection

I hope this answered all your queries, if you have more queries,I will be happy to answer.

Wish you the best of health.

Regards.
