Suggest Treatment For Lower Chest And Upper Abdominal Discomfort

I have been having lower chest / upper abdomen discomfort on my left side for some time now and I went to the doctor... had a full blood work done / urine test (both came back normal ) If I had some tumor-type activity, would it be detected in a complete blood test? do I NEED to do a CT scan to be sure? I need some advice, thanks

Before jumping to conclusions of tumor or a CT scan, let's do a chest xray first and see if we can find something there. If there is a doubt we can very well do a CT scan to confirm
