Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain, nausea And Heartburn

Hi , I ve been having lower back pain and some nausea for around a month now. I have had an abdominal ultrasound and it came back clear. It is not an ovarian cyst or pregnancy. Sometimes I also get heartburn. It s frustrating because I hurt most if the time and can t be as active as I like. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Heart burn can be quite a distressing symptom. This can result from acid reflux in the esophagus from stomach, due to lax lower esophageal spinchter.I advice you to undergo an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for confirmation.Elevation of the head end of the bed at sleep can reduce the reflux.Drugs like pantoprazole form the main stay of therapy.A course of 21days can offer complete remmission.Consult a gastro surgeon for further queries.
Thank you
