I am a 31 year old woman weighing 49 kgs and suffering from lower back pain for the last 2 years. Can you please suggest an ayurvedic supplement (which does not contain any non veg ingredient) which will improve my muscle strength and help me gain some weight?My height is around 5 ft 3 inches. I took ayurvedic medication for 1 year.
In my opinion its better to increase muscle strength by exercising rather than medicines. Go for yoga and aerobic exercises. This will increase endurance as well as muscle strength.
Increase milk, ghee and butter and fruits like banana and mangoes in your diet. This will help to increase weight.
