Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Hey, I am experiencing this back pain in the lower part of my ribcage. About a week and a half or two weeks ago I thought maybe I pulled a muscle...but I recently got my period and have been taking over the counter pain medication for the cramps..but feeling no relief in the muscle i thought I pulled...today Iwoke up with a sore throat and chest ccongestion. ..and my back is killing me..thinking now it s my lungs or kidneys or something...it hurts to breathe. I went to an immedi-center in the area...but they wouldn t see me bc I lost my wallet 5 days ago and haven t had an opportunity to get to the dmx to get my drivers license replaced....i don t want to go to the ER and spend a ton of money...but maybe it should? I definitely don t feel right!
