Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain, Bloating And IBS

Hi just a quick enquiry I have lower back pain and I have had a bloated Sontag for around 6 weeks maybe longer, I had had 6 pregnancy tests all negative I have also had my period this month and last month, I did a urine sample that came back clear so I didn t have any sexual transmitted diease either, I have gone to my GO serval times and one doctor said I had IBS I have been taking ibs for weeks and haven t seen any changes I also didn t think you got back pain with IBS, so I don t think I have that due to me taking IBS medication and it not working! I am really stresses about it and I am also starting to feel a little depressed I am 22 years of age & I am a female

. lifestyle [limiting tea/coffee/alcohol,intake, regular exercise] and understanding the nature of the condition while prescribing

. psychological treatment [cognitive behavioral therapy, psycotherapy, hypnotherapy]
