Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Pelvic Pain

I am suffering lower back pain and some pain in the pelvic area. I had a twinge in my back a couple of months ago when I attempted to lift a woman into her wheelchair (I was caregiving at the time). I stood up straight and it seemed to come right. I have never had any problems with my back before. There is a dull ache in both sides of my pelvic area.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of herniated disc could be possible and it need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the MRI test if symptoms longs last or give temporary relief with NSAID (Tab Diclofenac 50m mg ) hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
