Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Painful Urination

my husband has a swelling in the hollow pit of his collar bone for some years now, causing much pain discomfort as time goes by. 2 years ago started feeling worse, pains started in his lower back, then struggling with constipation, pains in his bottom, strugling to urinate, had prostate tested, no problems, pains continue in the neck until last year it protrudes down the left side of his leg, then goes numb and starts to tingle. always has difficulty passing stools, thinks he has piles, but there are none. struggles to urinate still, pain getting worse, feels like his bottom pains throbs and has bricks hanging from it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to Renal stone.

For further assessment, you may require urine analysis, complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after Urologist consultation.

For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition or diagnosis.

You can take syp cital and antibiotics after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and general physician
