Suggest Treatment For Lower Back And Hip Pain

Hi, I have been having lower back pain and pain in my hips. The pain in my hips almost feels like menstrual cramps, except I ve had a hysterectomy. I am extremely tired all the time. And last week I had a nose bleed for the first time that was pouring out like a faucet. It did not stop until we put a bag of ice on my sinuses. Not sure if this is all related.
