Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain,anorexia And Rapid Weight Loss

i am 45 yrs male wt 95 kg suffered from fissure before six months post fissure continuous dullaching pain in belt region habituated to take brisk walk of 6 kms daily two months back BP 140/110 WAS OBSERVED . SUGAR CHOLESTROL,TSH.CREATININE,SGPT, ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE, AMYLASE, within normal limits. prior to fissure 106 kg wt loss of 10 kg in 6 months complaint of anorexia, bp and lower abdominal pain RX RACIPERD OD,METXL50 OD, AMLODEPINE 2.5 MG EVENING , RESTYL SR 0.5MG. HS SUGGESTED FROM TODAY.

Initialy raciperd, metxl 25 and restyl taken for 1 month infact raciper20 bd since last six months. please suggest

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
95 kg in a 45 year old male looks to be obesity if the height is not much, get BMI calculated to know the obesity status.
Fissure was 6 months ago and looks fine since you have not mentioned any symptoms related to anal area.
The pain at the belt-line can be due to colitis or so and needs proper evaluation.,
It is good that you have continued the 6 km walk, do not stop unless indicated by cardiac problems if present.
Anorexia can be due to gastritis or some problems like this and needs upper GI Endoscopy to see the cause.
Continue with the medications as advised today, looks fine with Raciperd OD, Met-XL 50, Amlodipine and restyl.
Watch for the progress, have regular follow up and get additional management per needed or advised by your Doctors.
