Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain?

I am having pain in my uterus an lower abdominal area. It feels like its stretching or pulling something when I take deep breaths or bend. I am not pregnant that I am aware of yet I havent had a period in a month in a half. That's usually normal for me to not get them all the time. Plus i have changed my diet.

Get your urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.
The pain most probably is due to spasm. It will get relieved by taking Tan Buscopan twice a day.
Also i would advise you to have an ultrasound done and get a gynecologist opinion.
