Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi My name is Nikole and I am 20 years old. I am having serve lower adominal pain. My Last Period was on Spet.21st.2011 and I am ovulating according to the Ovulation Calculator:

Based on your answers, you're likely to be most fertile from Sunday, October 2, 2011 to Friday, October 7, 2011. If you were to get pregnant during that time, your due date would be Wednesday, June 27, 2012. So with that all said, Do you think I should go to the doctors to check my self out? I am in so much pain I think its a UTI but I dont know. Please Reply to me.

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

It is always better to get checked by doctor if problems are severe . Yes the possibility of UTI is high but other causes like infection of intestine , Appendicits, Kidney stones have to be ruled out .

For that you need to get Ultrasound Abdomen pelvis and a urine routine test done . Get these test done and revert back to me with reports.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
