Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy

i am 36 week and 5 days pregnant i have had pinworms for a week now i aint sleeping constantly dehydrated feel like i havent eatten in week i carnt eat anymore i will be sick i have lower abdominal pain constantly i carnt cope anymore what should i do

well you are near term....the pain can be because of the contractions as well...and you have mentioned pinworm infection lately...have you been treated?..how is your stool?...if not, get deworming done with albendazole or mebendazole....if the pain is due to worms, it will be better with medicines....
also take plenty of fluid....take multivitamin syrup for appetite....
