Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain , Diarrhea And Nausea

Hi, for the past week i d say, I ve been having a lot of pain in the lower abdominal region of my body. When i eat food, it seems like i have consumed a ticking time bomb. About 20 minutes of intake I have major stomach pain, diarrhea, and even sometimes nausea. I have never really had any food allergies but all of a sudden it seems like my stomach is rejecting almost everything I eat. Like i said, this all began to really come down about a week ago and i would really appreciate some advice.

Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). It seems that you are having acute infectious enteritis for which you require a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with some pre and probiotic. Also keep your hydration level well by taking lots of fluids in your diet.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
