Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Back Pain

that would be great. I ve had lower abdominal pain some bloating for several wks. and some back pain both sides that changes. Had a cat scan to rule out ovarian cancer. All my organs looked great they said. They did indicate I was somewhat backed up so dr. recommended musinex or something laxative daily, it has helped some.. Also saw chiropractor several times does not go away, has improved some. It started about mid May. Any suggestions?

Dear Madam,thank you for your consultation.first of all I tell you as you have no abnormalty in CAT Scan so the bloating and abdominal pain ,I suppose is because of excessive acid secretion in stomach.a regular dose of ranitidine or famotidine can decrease your pain considerably.as far as back pain is concerned this can be due to constipation.to get relief from constipation infrequent laxative can help.but if the pain is due to back muscle spasm then you have to do regular physiotherapy for strengthening of those muscle.also make it a point not to lift heavy weight and don't bend forward too much.I hope following my suggestions will help you considerably to lead a normal healthy life in coming days.thank you.
