Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Pressure While Urinating

Hi I have had gone for the ultrasound scan for-full abdomen , the report says that my Urinary bladder is distended. Its wall thickness is normal. No calculus or mass is seen in it . Doctor told me everything is fine but i doubt because recently i am not been able to urinate properly & don t feel the pressure while urinating as well as when i try to put pressure it comes intermittently & also feel slightly minor pain in my lower abdomen while i am sitting .I read the report to another doctor and he said Urinary bladder is distended doesn t mean any problem with me . I am tensed because i feel little pain and don t feel pressure while urinating , please help me . Thank You

i too think that with these symptoms nothing can be concluded ,it looks normal ,just a subjective feeling but if u feel so just get urine R/M and uroflometry test done
to review with report
